Return Policy

Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. NO CASH REFUNDS.

We charge a flat fee of $5.95 for USA shipping and handling for orders less than $100.00. Free shipping for orders over $100.00 in the USA only.

Shipping Notice

It can take up to 7 business days for us to ship your item(s) after receiving payment. Most items are sent priority mail in the USA. Expect 10 days for international shipments.
